Phase 1 and 2 development in North Las Vegas has commenced.

Phase 1 + 2 - Vegas Industrial Park

Vegas Industrial Park is pleased to announce the commencement of Phases 1 and 2 of development. Phases 1 and 2 will deliver approximately 6.4M SF to the Apex area for a total of 410 acres developed.

We are currently working diligently through our civil drawings and obtaining city approval for the proposed site plans. We anticipate being shovel ready for onsite work by the second
quarter of 2022.

Vegas Industrial Park is 913 acres located in the apex area of the City of North Las Vegas offering over 27 pads ranging in size from 10-70 acresIP is planned for major industrial users. There is a Super Pad of 200 acres partially graded and ready for development. VIP will comprise large scale industrial manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse and fulfillment buildings. VIP has the ability to offer extensive yard space and build-to-suit options.
