Vegas Industrial Park has kicked off design on Gas and Power!
We are pleased to announce VIP has officially begun design in coordination with Southwest Gas for high-pressured gas to be delivered to VIP. The new gas line is expected to be delivered within 24 months. The line will be delivered to the entrance of VIP on the east boundary of the site.
Our first service of power is also in design with NV Energy. The design is for a 10 MW feeder to serve VIP from the Gypsum Substation. The design and construction will take approximately 24 months for completion. This will bring the total power onsite to 12 MW. VIP's ultimate power build out will have an on site 140 MW substation.
Infrastructure in the Apex area has notoriously been a challenge, so we are so pleased to be one step closer in bridging the utility gap.
